All bookings are subject to availability and alignment.
Cancellation Policy
Booking: All Brand Fairytale engagements and collaborations are confirmed upon mutual agreement and signed contract. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve creative production planning time and exclusivity. Once a partnership is confirmed, deposits are non-refundable. Scope: Each Brand Fairytale is custom-built. Deliverables, timelines, usage, and exclusivity are outlined per agreement. Rescheduling x Cancellations: Rescheduling is subject to availability. Deposits are non-transferable. In the event of cancellation by the brand, payments made are retained. PYNN'd reserves the right to reschedule or adjust deliverables due to unforeseen circumstances, deposits will be transferred. Usage: Content usage rights are defined per campaign and may vary based on platform, duration, and exclusivity.
