Delays in receiving materials or feedback may affect delivery timelines. Turnaround & Revisions: Turnaround estimates begin once payment and all required materials have been received. Each service includes only the deliverables and revisions stated in its listing. Additional revisions or requests may incur additional fees, with client approval. Cancellations & Refunds: Please contact PYNN’d promptly regarding cancellation or refund requests. Refund eligibility will depend on the work completed, the terms disclosed at purchase, and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law. Specific outcomes, including media placements, partnerships, audience growth, sales, or business results, are not guaranteed. Client Approval: Clients are responsible for reviewing final deliverables for accuracy before publication or distribution and for ensuring they have permission to use any materials they provide. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, clients may use final deliverables for their intended purposes as described in the purchased service. PYNN’d retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, templates, methods, and unused concepts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
