PYNN'd Brand Development partners with emerging concepts to established brands preparing for their next chapter, each engagement is tailored to the projects goals, creative needs, and long-term vision. Brand Development may include: Bran positioning and narrative development Creative vision and concept direction Brand architecture and messaging Project and initiative development Strategic recommendations for future growth * Visual identity deign, website development, production, and campaign execution are scoped separately unless specifically included in the proposal.*
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Payment terms will be established in the written proposal. Work begins once the required payment has been received and the project scope has been approved. The $5,555 starting price covers only the deliverables expressly included in the agreed scope. Scope of Work PYNN’d Brand Development focuses on brand positioning, identity direction, messaging, brand narrative, creative strategy, and long-term brand development. Specific deliverables will be outlined in the proposal. Logo design, website development, content production, ongoing management, and other implementation services are excluded unless expressly included. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate brand information, existing assets, project objectives, and timely feedback. Clients must ensure that materials supplied to PYNN’d may lawfully be used for the project. Revisions & Scope Changes The project includes only the revisions and deliverables specified in the written agreement. Additional concepts, expanded services, changes to approved direction, or requests beyond the agreed scope may require additional fees, subject to written approval. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing. Any refund will be determined by the agreement, the work completed, applicable law, and any rights that cannot legally be waived. Intellectual Property Upon full payment, the client may use final deliverables according to the rights and permitted uses stated in the written agreement. PYNN’d retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, methods, templates, and tools unless otherwise agreed in writing. Results Disclaimer Brand development provides strategic and creative recommendations but does not guarantee revenue, audience growth, market position, partnerships, or other business outcomes. By purchasing PYNN’d Brand Development, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy and the approved project proposal, subject to applicable law.
