Publicity services may include: PR strategy and narrative development Press materials and messaging Targeted media research and pitching Interview and publicity opportunity coordination Campaign management and progress reporting *Engagements are scoped according to campaign objectives, duration, outreach requirements, and deliverables. Media coverage and placements cannot be guaranteed.*
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Full payment or the agreed initial payment is required before work begins. The $1,111 starting price covers only the scope outlined in the purchased service or written proposal. Additional work requires a separate quote and client approval. Scope of Work This service focuses on creative ideation, project development, strategic planning, positioning, and campaign planning for a specific project, launch, initiative, or concept. Deliverables will be outlined before work begins. Execution, production, paid advertising, media outreach, and third-party expenses are not included unless expressly agreed to in writing. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate project information, necessary materials, and timely feedback. Delays in receiving materials or approvals may affect project timelines. Revisions & Additional Work Revisions are limited to those specified in the agreed scope. New concepts, substantial changes in direction, additional deliverables, or implementation requests may incur additional fees with prior client approval. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility will depend on the work completed, the terms agreed upon, and applicable law. Nothing in this policy waives any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. Results Disclaimer Strategic recommendations and campaign plans are provided to support project development. Specific outcomes, including sales, audience growth, partnerships, media coverage, or campaign performance, are not guaranteed. By purchasing The PYNN’d Campaign, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy and the agreed project scope, subject to applicable law.
