Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Full payment is required to confirm your consultation. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the appointment details and any necessary instructions. Scheduling & Rescheduling Clients are responsible for attending at the scheduled date and time. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to availability. Missed appointments or late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time. Any rescheduling or cancellation fees will be disclosed before purchase. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined by the circumstances, the terms disclosed at purchase, and applicable California law. Nothing in this policy waives any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. Consultation Scope Consultations provide professional discussion, creative guidance, editorial feedback, and/or strategic recommendations based on the service selected. The consultation covers the stated duration and scope only. Additional research, written deliverables, follow-up sessions, or implementation services are not included unless expressly stated or purchased separately. Client Responsibilities Clients should arrive prepared with relevant questions, materials, links, and project details to make the most of their session. Advice is based on the information provided by the client. No Guaranteed Results Recommendations are intended to support informed decision-making.
