Service Description
Bring a distinct editorial perspective and engaging on-camera presence to your next event. PYNN'd hosting offers professional hosting and moderation for red carpets, brand activations, interviews, panels, entertainment vents, and select live experiences. Each engagement is tailored to the event, audience, format, and production requirements. Inquiries are evaluated based on event details, preparation needs, location, duration, and requested responsibilities. Hosting fees are based at $777 and are customized to the scope of engagement. Travel, accommodations, extended hours, specialized preparation, and additional deliverables may be quoted separately. Please submit event hours, event date, event type, and any additional responsibilities for final quote. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment A booking is confirmed once the required payment and written confirmation have been received. The listed hosting fee covers only the services specified in the agreed booking. Additional preparation, extended hours, travel, accommodations, parking, and other event-related expenses may incur additional charges, which will be disclosed and approved before booking confirmation. Event Details & Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate event details, including the date, location, schedule, hosting duties, dress code, and production requirements. Any changes to the event or scope of work must be communicated promptly and may require an adjusted quote. Preparation & Schedule Clients are responsible for providing the agreed event brief, scripts, run of show, names, pronunciations, and other necessary materials in a timely manner. The hosting fee covers the agreed duration only. Additional time, substantial changes, or additional duties may incur extra fees with prior approval. Travel & Accommodations Travel, lodging, ground transportation, parking, and other approved expenses are separate from the hosting fee unless expressly included in writing. Any required arrangements and payment responsibilities will be agreed upon before the booking is finalized. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients must notify PYNN’d in writing of any cancellation or rescheduling request. Refunds, rescheduling, and any applicable cancellation charges will be handled according to the written booking agreement and applicable law. If PYNN’d must cancel, the parties will discuss rescheduling or an appropriate refund for services not provided, as required by law. Professional Conduct & Event Conditions The client is responsible for providing a safe, professional working environment and communicating relevant event requirements in advance. PYNN’d reserves the right to address material changes, unsafe conditions, or requests outside the agreed scope before proceeding. Recording & Usage Rights The client may photograph or record the event subject to the agreed booking terms and applicable rights. Any separate use of PYNN’d’s name, image, voice, or recorded hosting performance for advertising, endorsements, or commercial campaigns must be agreed upon in writing where required.
